The most important part of our process is the free energy audit and consultation.

This stage is essentially a fact-finding mission, whereby we collect information about your energy usage, understand your lifestyle or operational patterns, review the structure of the property, discuss your ideas and objectives, and then make proposals for the most viable and rewarding renewable energy system options.

Your requirements are always placed front and centre of this process - our aim is to design a system that is perfect for you and that will deliver value and guaranteed return on investment.

Once the system requirements and design have been established, it is paramount that you are provided with a high quality installation that will ensure peak performance, reliability and safety.

As well as being MCS/NICEIC certified, Simplr only uses a small team of in-house electrical engineers that specialise in the installation of solar and renewable technologies.

This ensures that we have excellent quality control, can communicate very closely with our installation teams, and most importantly can deliver an exceptional and seamless service to our clients.

All new Simplr solar installations feature panel optimisers and we can also retrofit them to clients’ existing panel arrays.

Optimisers boost energy efficiency and ensure that each panel can perform at its optimum output - any shading or obstructions are confined only to the panel(s) that are directly affected, rather than carrying any reduced output through the system. Optimisers also enable panel level monitoring giving visibility of panel specific performance and efficiency data.

Rapid shutdown is also made possible through the use of optimisers - this safety feature minimises the DC current flowing through the system in the event of an issue such as a fire, preventing electrocution and further fire or explosion risks.

System monitoring is a critical part of our service offering as it enables us to maximise client cost savings and Return on Investment (ROI).

Using the Simplr RTDS (Real-time Detection System) we see a ‘live view’ of our clients’ solar assets - through the use of optimisers and panel level monitoring we have access to panel specific data showing the performance and efficiency of each panel in the array.

This data enables us to pinpoint and then swiftly troubleshoot (within 48 hours) any issues within the system so we can restore it to peak performance, maximising energy generation and ROI.

Although the Simplr team will fully monitor your solar system, we appreciate that many clients will also want access to report data - we of course provide this and encourage our customers to review these reports on a frequent basis to maintain an awareness of how their investment is performing.

While we do the hard work by monitoring the system on a daily basis, we are keen to provide our clients with meaningful information that helps them to understand the energy that they are generating and consuming.

Simplr are pleased to offer a 2 year guarantee on all installation work - in the unlikely event that there is an issue relating to installation during this period, then one of our expert installers will come out and rectify the issue free of charge.

Hardware and parts are guaranteed for 25 years, providing significant peace of mind to our customers. Should an issue arise with any hardware component during this time, then we will come and investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution - this may involve a repair or replacement of the affected component.
